For freelancers, agencies, consultants & small service businesses

Polite, AI-written invoice follow-ups you approve in one tap, so you get paid without losing the client.

Nudgely drafts warm, professional reminders for your overdue invoices. You approve them, they go out from your own Gmail, each follow-up gets a little firmer, and Nudgely steps back the moment your client pays.

Free until your first invoice gets paid. No card needed to start. After that, plans start at $15/month billed annually, or $19 month-to-month.

Sound familiar?

You did the work. Now you’re doing the chasing.

Asking for money you’ve already earned is awkward and easy to put off. Meanwhile the invoice gets older and your cash flow gets tighter.

The awkward email

You rewrite “just following up” five times so it doesn’t sound pushy, then don’t send it.

The forgotten follow-up

You meant to check in last Tuesday. Now it’s 30 days late and nobody has said anything.

The client relationship

You want to get paid, but you also want them to hire you again. Finding that tone is hard.

How it works

Set it up once. Nudgely handles the follow-ups.

  1. 1

    Connect your inbox

Link your Gmail and Stripe, or simply forward an invoice PDF. Reminders go out from your address, never a no-reply.

  2. 2

    Approve the first nudge

Nudgely drafts a warm reminder with a payment link. You read it, tweak it if you like, and approve it. Nothing sends without your OK.

  3. 3

    It follows up, gently firmer

If the invoice is still unpaid, follow-ups go out on a schedule, each a little more direct. After 30+ days it drafts a final notice for you.

  4. 4

    It listens to replies

“Paid!” stops the sequence. A promised date pauses it until then. A dispute gets flagged to you right away, so a person handles anything sensitive.

What’s inside

Persistent, polite, and in your voice.

Sends from your Gmail

Clients see an email from you, in the same thread, so replies come straight back to you.

Tone that escalates gently

Friendly first, clearer later, firm at the end. On Pro, you can customize the steps, timing, and tone.

A payment link in your nudges

Add a one-click way to pay, so paying is easier than ignoring it. On Pro, Nudgely attaches your payment link automatically.

Reads the replies

It stops on “paid,” pauses on “I’ll pay Friday,” and flags disputes for you to handle.

Final notice at 30+ days

When an invoice goes long overdue, Nudgely drafts a clear final notice for you to review.

Weekly digest

One short email each week: what’s outstanding, what got paid, and what needs you.

Sample nudge sequence

Here’s what your client would see.

An example sequence for a $2,400 invoice. You can edit any of it, and it always sounds like you.

Example only. Names and amounts are made up. If the invoice reaches 30+ days unpaid, Nudgely drafts a final notice for you to review before anything goes out.

FAQ

Good questions.

Does Nudgely send emails from my address?

Yes. Reminders go out from your own Gmail account, in the same thread as your invoice, so clients see an email from you and replies come back to you. No “do-not-reply” robot address.

Will anything send without my approval?

No. You review and approve the first nudge before it goes out, and the final notice for long-overdue invoices is always a draft for you to approve. You can also pause or stop a sequence at any time.

What happens when my client replies?

Nudgely reads the reply. If they say they’ve paid, the sequence stops. If they promise a date, it pauses until then. If they question or dispute the invoice, it stops and flags it to you, so you handle anything sensitive yourself.

Where do my invoices come from?

Connect Stripe and Nudgely picks up your open invoices. Or just forward an invoice PDF. QuickBooks sync is coming soon.

How does the free start work?

Nudgely is free until your first invoice gets paid. After that, pick Solo or Pro to keep going. You don’t need a card to start.

What’s the difference between Solo and Pro?

Solo covers one inbox and up to 50 open invoices at a time, using our standard friendly-to-firm reminder sequence. Pro removes the invoice limit, adds up to 3 inboxes or teammates, lets you customize your reminder sequences and tone, attaches payment links automatically, and removes Nudgely branding from your emails.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no contract, and annual plans are billed once a year. Cancel whenever you like and you won’t be billed again.

Will it hurt my client relationships?

Nudgely is built to be polite. It starts warm, stays professional, and only gets firmer step by step. You can edit any message before it goes out, and on Pro you can set your own schedule and tone.

Stop chasing. Start getting paid.
